Specification is a floor, not a target. Compaction, cover and curing get the time they need, because remedial work costs everyone more than doing it properly first.

Self-perform
Engineers, operators, mechanics and plant are all in-house. Fewer interfaces means fewer excuses and a programme we can actually control.

Work where it is hard
Rural feeder roads, live port aprons, active mine haul routes and shorelines under erosion. These are the sites where access, weather and sequencing decide the outcome.

Clear lines from board to site
The Managing Director leads through a Corporate Manager and a Director of Operations. Beneath them sit five functional arms, each with its own reporting line to site.
- Project Managers, Site Engineers and Foremen run the work on the ground.
- Civil, Structural, Geodetic and Materials Engineers cover the technical side, with Architects and Draftsmen.
- Quantity Surveyors and their assistants handle measurement and valuation.
- Health and Safety Officers report independently of production, so schedule pressure cannot overrule them.
- Finance, Procurement, HR, Transport and Administration keep the sites supplied.
