Contracting discipline, applied to homes
Casablanca’s property division sits under the same company, board and quality regime as our civil works. That matters more than it sounds: the crews who cast a port apron to specification bring the same tolerances to a villa slab.
We take residential schemes from land preparation and deep foundation works through structural frame, envelope and interior finishing to handover, without passing the job between unrelated contractors at each stage.
