Road construction and bitumen surfacing
Our core discipline. We build new carriageways and rehabilitate failing ones: feeder roads, trunk roads, town roads, mine haul routes and port aprons.

Foundations to finishes

Survey & Setting Out
Geomatics engineers establish control, levels and alignment. Existing conditions are recorded before anything moves.

Earthworks & Drainage
Excavation, formation and compaction to density, with drainage built in before the pavement or structure goes on top.

Construction
Surfacing or structural works executed with our own plant, tested by our materials engineers as the work proceeds.

Handover
Snagging, as-built records, test certification and defects liability support after the client takes possession.
Before you tender
Which regions do you work in?
All ten regions. Completed works span Greater Accra, Volta, Oti, Ashanti, Eastern, Central, Western, Western North, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, Northern and North East. We mobilise our own plant and accommodate crews on site, so remote rural contracts are routine rather than exceptional.
Do you subcontract the works?
The great majority is self-performed. We hold 117 permanent staff including engineers, quantity surveyors, operators, mechanics and foremen, plus 66 units of owned plant and vehicles. Specialist packages outside our disciplines are subcontracted under our direct supervision.
What is your experience with donor-funded contracts?
We have delivered several World Bank funded rehabilitation contracts through the Ministry of Roads and Highways, including works in Volta and Greater Accra, and are familiar with the associated reporting, measurement and safeguarding requirements.
Can you work on live sites like ports, mines and occupied communities?
Yes. Transit Shed B at Takoradi Port was paved within a working port; haul roads have been built for AngloGold Ashanti and Bonte Goldfields on active mining operations; and town road maintenance is regularly carried out in occupied communities. Dedicated Health and Safety Officers report independently of production.
